The prices are for a week.

Included are: electricity, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen wich will be changed once a week. You can use the washing mashine.

The reservation is confirmed after part payment is received. At time of reservation exact number of guests need to be indicated.

Not included

The prices doesn’t include the wood for the fireplace (€ 5,00 a day), heating for the main house (€ 15,00 a day), heating for the little house (E 8,00 a day).

Deposit

The deposit for the main house ammounts to € 200,00 , the deposit for the little house ammounts to € 100,00.

General Conditions

Formality of payment:
Part payment: 30% at time of reservation
Settlement: at the arrival

Arrival and departure:
Arrival after 04:00 pm
Departure before 10:00 am

Rules of cancellation:
If you cancel your reservatio, the part payment will be kept handled in the following way:
With notice of more than 60 days before, we will keep 30%
With notice between 30 and 60 days, we will keep 50%
With notice less than 30 days, we will keep 100%
